God-Doesnt-call-the-qualified-he-qualifies-the-calledHere is an encouraging quote I read today about allowing and trusting God to use you:

“Jacob was a cheater, Peter had a temper, David had an affair, Noah got drunk, Jonah ran from God, Paul was a murderer, Gideon was insecure, Miriam was a gossip, Martha was a worrier, Thomas was a doubter, Sara was impatient, Elijah was moody, Moses stuttered, Abraham was old,… and Lazarus was dead. God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the CALLED!”

No matter where you are in your life with God, HE is qualifying you for his service because you are CALLED. He can help you overcome the mistakes you have made, and even use them to help others. Just allow Him to use you.

In God’s Love and Grace,

-Colton

I just heard answer the call! While watching Affirm Films. I have also had a dream about running and seeing many things, climbing a place with a waterfall, and seeing a building with stairs. Climbing the stairs while hearing the phone ringing and answering the phone as if I was a receptionist, and then realizing I didn’t know who I was answering the phone for. I heard the phone ringing and had to answer the phone. There were certain aspects of this spirit that God gave clarity to at just the right time.

I was unsure and a bit uneasy but I volunteered to teach the Adult Class on Sunday mornings. I don’t feel qualified to teach but the lesson is about God calling Moses to deliver the Israelites from Eygpt. We serve an Awesome God!

Thanks for the quote. I really like it. I have heard that god qualifies who he calls. This quote really puts it into perspective.
