I was pretty much blown away when I found out that Carrie Underwood performed How Great Thou Art at a Nationally Televised Event called Girls Night Out on Good Friday. It is very encouraging to see that not all stars turn their backs on Jesus, and that some even sing for Him despite an audience who may not care for a song about God and may even by offended by the song. I believe that it took a lot of faith to do such a thing. You can tell that it paid off. Not only was the crowd moved, but they gave Carrie Underwood a standing ovation…which I haven’t seen all that much in the music industry.

I pray that no matter where we are, or who we have looking at us, we will have the courage and faith to be able to testify to how great our Savior is.

In God’s Love and Grace,

Beautiful Carrie. Thank you so much for using your wonderful talent to praise God and to do such an awesome and obviously heartfelt job doing it. I’m sure that it took a lot of courage and faith to do that at a nationally televised secular event. May we all be so inspired to do the same.

That was the most moving and awesome I have ever heard someone sing “How Great Thou Art”! It was like an angle singing and I had tears running down my face as my heart and soul was lifted. That was one of my Mother & Father’s favorite songs, they’re both with to Lord now and I thank you Carrie. May God continue to Bless you and may you continue to sing his praise. I will continue to listen to this as long as it is on the web. site and pray that everyone is able to hear it and be blessed by it’s message and your beautiful voice. Thank you again Carrie Underwood!

This was awesome! God gave her that voice and she uses it to praise him. I think the whole audiance was moved, you can see it in their faces. That may have caused someone to go back to Church for at least Easter Sunday, you never know. Thank you Carrie it brought tears to my eyes.
