It is so easy to get bogged down by life…(yes, I used the word “bogged”). There are so many things that can burden us in our lives. When we try to live life on our own…well, it really is futile, because we will fail, fail, and fail again. But the following scripture holds the key to solving this problem:

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. -Galatians 2:20

What is the key exactly? That we aren’t living as we normally would…that Christ is living in us. Jesus overcame the world, sin and flesh. Though we are not capable of doing this by ourselves, when Jesus Christ (or the Holy Spirit) is living in us/through us,  we can.

I hope you find encouragement in Galatians 2:20, and that you would check your life to see if Christ is living through you…if he is not, simply begin by asking for his forgiveness, and begin building that relationship with him through prayer and the reading of the Bible. As you get closer to Christ, you will start to notice that you are becoming more like Christ

The Holy Spirit placed in my spirit after I read this that, “I am a finished product.” And I believe You LORD. We are to see one another in the spiritual realm and not the natural or carnal. We all are a finished product (in the spirit) waiting for God to deliver us us from this earthly body into our heavenly bodies. SEE YOURSELF AS GOD SEES YOU.

Thanks for the great reminder of how our mindset should be as christians. To die to ourselves is to gain eternal life and live an eternal purpose driven life.
